Reiki is an ancient healing art that was re-introduced to the world in the early nineteen hundreds in Japan by Master Mikao Usui. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei (which means universal wisdom) and Ki (which means life force - the energy that animates all living things). Reiki is a special kind of Ki—one that is guided by spiritual consciousness. As universal life force energy, Reiki is the omnipresent force of all that IS, which pervades every being, everywhere, everywhen. Reiki provides healing on the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual levels.

The ability to channel Reiki energy is passed on to the initiate by a Reiki Master in a sacred ceremony called a Reiki Attunement. The attunement itself kickstarts a powerful healing process that can release old fears and limitations and awaken inherent talents and dormant abilities. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, the healing energy of Reiki will always be with you, flowing through you at all times and allowing you to bring healing everywhere that you go by the simple act of just being. You can also direct the flow of this energy to others.

In the Usui system of Reiki, there are three levels of Reiki attunements: Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master. At Level 1, you are attuned to the Reiki healing frequency and taught how to channel the Reiki energy by first learning how to give Reiki to yourself. At Level 2, you learn the skills to give Reiki to others, including how to use the Reiki symbols, which amplify the Reiki energy, and how to send Reiki across distances—including time and space. At the Master Level, you learn how to initiate others into Reiki.

As a Reiki Master, I offer both private and semi-private trainings for all three levels of Reiki, which include the traditional practices and attunements passed down from Master Usui. Please note, however, that my trainings greatly expand upon traditional Reiki teachings by delving more deeply into the foundations and mechanics of energy anatomy, incorporating tools and techniques from other healing modalities to help you take your healing practice deeper, and most importantly, helping you develop your own intuition, psychic senses and relationship to your own spirit and spirit guides.

All trainings will be held in person in Fort Collins, Colorado or done live online from anywhere in the world using Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. Level 1 and Level 2 can each be completed in one day or spread out over several days to accommodate your schedule. The Reiki Master training is a bit more comprehensive and spread out over a longer period of time. Each level must be completed before moving on to the next, and a minimum of 21 days is recommended between the levels so that you have time to fully integrate the Reiki energies and practice the corresponding tools and techniques.
